Arlan Williams established American Team Work, Inc., as a New Mexico corporation in 2002. He has worked in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry since 1992. Judy Crawley leads the company as Payroll and Accounting Manager with 35 years of expertise in accounting, payroll and human relations management. She enjoys working with people and solving new challenges for her staff and for your staff. AJ Williams specializes in sales and safety and computers for ATW. AJ also manages the technology infrastructure that continues to be an integral part of employee leasing and PEO marketing. Jim Brown excels in customer service. As sales manager he brings many years of experience in the PEO industry in addition to working in sales with Fortune 500 and local companies. Dick Blattman is a benefits specialist with 20 years of insurance experience in life and health products. David Chavez is a safety specialist, managing jobsite inspections, providing your employee's with safety training, assessments for OSHA compliance, and ensuring the wellbeing of employees. Maxine Lucero is a Human Resource Specialist. She brings 8 years of experience in the PEO industry and 18 years in Customer Service. She coordinates internal sales support, benefits administration, customer service, HR duties and payroll assistance. Sandra Sharick is the lead payroll processor and a team leader, working with clients and employees to ensure payroll and tax compliance are complemented with customer service that excels. Sally Andrade is ATW’s friendly receptionist and also assists with payroll. When you call, you will hear her friendly voice on the phone and receive great customer service. Richard Ruffini is our Phoenix, Arizona sales representative and has over 45 years in financial planning and sales experience. Call 480-981-0803. Lexie has 18 years of experience in sales, staffing and employee leasing to many clients from Clovis, Artesia, Roswell, Amarillo and Lubbock areas.
